Finance Director & Company Secretary

Kirstin joined the team in January 2021 and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and experienced Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years’ experience in Wealth Management, Energy & Utilities and Big Four Audit. As Confor’s Finance Director, Kirstin is responsible for managing all areas of Finance including financial planning and monitoring, reporting to the Board, advising on financial strategy and company reporting as per regulatory and legal requirements. In Kirstin’s role as Company Secretary she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the company, HR and for ensuring good corporate governance.
